Alba Middle School Library
Schedule
Open, flexible scheduling Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 2:30pm.
Individual
students or student groups (up to three students per group) may come when the library is open with a signed pass from their teachers.
Circulation Policy
Students are allowed to check out up to four printed titles and one electronic book for a two week time period.
Lost or damaged materials should be brought to Miss Tyler's attention immediately. It will be the responsibility of the student to pay for the replacement
cost of any damaged or lost materials. Note: special permission may be granted for additional checkouts.
Faculty, staff, and parents are allowed to check out printed and electronic materials, DVDs, and class sets as needed.
Fines
Students will not be charged fines for late books. However, students are encouraged to return or renew books promptly so that other patrons have access to these materials.
Services
Students
may place titles on hold in Atriuum. Once the title
becomes available, the titles will be checked out to the patron.
The media specialist will also assist all patrons with usernames and passwords for programs used within the school system.
Students
are rewarded quarterly for achieving reading goals.
